Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to feedback you send through this website. It is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who is responsible
The Secretariat of the High-Powered Task Force on Examination Reforms is the Data Fiduciary for information submitted here. You can contact us at ExamReformsTaskforce@dopt.gov.in.
What we collect
- Your answers — the respondent type you select, the areas you tick, and the feedback you write. These are required.
- Your name and email — optional. If you leave them blank, nothing identifying you is stored.
- A one-way hash of your IP address — used only to limit how many submissions one connection can make in an hour. We do not store your IP address itself and cannot recover it from the hash.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Your text-size and contrast preferences are stored in your own browser and never reach our servers.
Why we collect it
Solely to consider your feedback as part of the Task Force's work on examination reform, and — where you have given your details and consented — to follow up with you about what you have written. We use it for nothing else.
Your consent
Submitting the form is your consent to us storing your answers for this purpose. If you fill in your name or email, you are asked to tick a separate box consenting to us storing those details as well. You may submit entirely anonymously by leaving both blank.
How long we keep it
Submissions are deleted 24 months after they are received. Rate-limiting records are deleted after 30 days.
Who sees it
Only authorised members of the Task Force Secretariat. We do not sell, publish, or share your submission with any third party. Your feedback may inform the Task Force's recommendations, but it will not be published in a form that identifies you.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ExamReformsTaskforce@dopt.gov.in with enough detail for us to find your submission.
If you submitted anonymously we will not be able to locate your record, because there is nothing linking it to you.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Government of India infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised secretariat staff. This website has no login and no administrative interface.
